JOHANNS'S WORLD

For over five years Sarah Keller Möcklin and Elisabeth Eugster-Meier have managed the ALP New cultures project on a job sharing basis.

During this time not only many new bioquality cultures have been incorporated into the ALP product range, but two youngsters have also come into the world.

By now the boys have discovered the merits of chocolate and so Sarah is going to take up a new job with “One Fine Chocolate Place” (Lindt & Sprüngli) in the USA. We wish her and her family all the best in this demanding post. We, of course, are purchasers of good chocolate and look forward to the first Lindor truffle balls filled with peanut butter.
